The IEEE SENSORS 2026 Young Professionals (YP), Women in Sensors Engineering (WiSe), and Industrial Liaison (ILC) communities invite conference attendees to an evening networking reception at Rotterdam City Hall, hosted by the City of Rotterdam. The evening opens with a welcome address from the Vice-Mayor of Rotterdam, followed by a series of networking games designed to break the ice and spark conversations between students, early-career researchers, and senior members of the sensors community. Whether this is your first conference or your twentieth, the reception is a relaxed way to meet new colleagues and build connections that extend well beyond the technical program. Drinks and snacks will be served throughout the evening.
Pre-registration is required. Attendance is limited by venue capacity, and only attendees who have registered in advance will be admitted. Registration at the door is not possible.

- Getting there: Registered attendees will gather at the conference venue at 17:15 and walk to City Hall together (about 5 minutes). You may also make your own way there.
- Entry: Your conference badge and lanyard are required for entry and will be checked by City Hall security.
