Competition Rules

  • Proposal Submissions are now closed.
  • The judging and mentoring panel will consist of entrepreneurs and industry experts who will first short list ten candidates from the submissions.
  • The ten candidates will be mentored to understand the market potential of their idea, guidance towards pitch talk, understanding of budgeting and financial resources amongst others. This will be from April to August 2026.
  • 31st July 2026: The ten candidates will be required to submit to the panel their improved proposal (6-slides worked out pitch) including market survey and plans to commercialise.
  • August 17, 2026: the panel of experts will further shortlist the ten candidates to 5 finalists who will be asked to attend the Sensors Conference 2026 at Rotterdam, Netherlands and deliver the 10 minutes pitch talk to the panel of experts.

Awards

The two award winners will be assigned a mentor to help build their venture. The mentor will be assigned based on the domain in sensors and also the requirement of the award winner.
